Genesis of the Institute of Folk Medicine<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The beginnings of the study of folk medicine<\/a> and natural products in Albania date back to 1977 with the establishment of the Institute of Folk Medicine<\/strong> (IMP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity of this institute, in which a number of medical and pharmaceutical specialists participated in gathering the best folk traditions from across the country, led to the development of around 12,000 records<\/strong> documenting traditional methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this period, several studies were conducted on these folk methods, allowing for the evolution of their forms, as well as experimental and clinical research. However, this activity came to an end in 1992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our experience<\/strong> in processing different plants while preserving the value of their active ingredients is the strength of our products, as they result from extensive IMP studies and our long-standing expertise. Salvia Produkte Natyrore<\/strong> is dedicated to processing and refining 77 pure products<\/a>, free from contamination or animal-derived ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
